As our Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in: Driving Corporate Banking Growth: Promoting and verifying corporate loans, guarantees, and personal loans. Managing the credit committee process, loan reviews, NPA control, and monitoring. Expanding Cross-Border Trade, Forex, and Derivative Business for large and MNC clients. Interfacing with key corporate customers to increase market share and retain active clients. Collaborating with HQ teams to deliver customized solutions (LCs, etc.) for business customers. Understanding and mitigating all associated transaction risks (Product, Process, Legal, Ops, Credit). Proactively visiting clients across various locations (pre and post-loan sanction). (Advantageous: Knowledge of External Commercial Borrowings - policies, procedures, compliance). Spearheading International Banking - Trade Finance & FX/Treasury: Scrutinizing and processing trade finance documents (LCs, BGs, Export/Imports). Ensuring compliance with AML, OFAC, and International Payment/Settlement processes. Executing bill discounting processes and appraisals. Forecasting client cash flow positions and related borrowing needs. Advising on hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks (interest rates, FX). Implementing and maintaining robust treasury control policies with the client base. Developing Financial Institution Business: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with various Financial Institutional Groups (FIG). Liaising with internal teams for smooth transaction delivery and exception handling. Actively contributing to the development of Correspondent Banking opportunities. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking. Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan products, trade finance, forex, and treasury solutions. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including AML & OFAC. Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex financial information and propose effective solutions.
