Job Description

As a Relationship Manager - Insurance, you will play a crucial role in understanding and handling both Life and Non-Life insurance products, such as Health, Motor, and Personal Accident (PA) insurance. Your main focus will be on nurturing long-term client relationships by offering professional guidance, analyzing their insurance needs, and suggesting appropriate product solutions to align with their financial objectives. Moreover, you will actively engage in business development activities like lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling insurance products to achieve or surpass the set monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in Life and Non-Life insurance products, including Health, Motor, and Personal Accident (PA) insurance - Establish and maintain enduring client relationships by providing professional guidance and recommending suitable insurance solutions - Drive business growth through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling insurance products - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support overall revenue expansion - Ensure compliance with regulations by obtaining the IRDAI Insurance Broking Certification or passing the certification exam promptly upon joining - Offer precise and tailored insurance advice to clients, assisting them in comparing options and selecting the most appropriate plans - Manage policy documentation, customer onboarding, policy issuance, renewals, and claims support with meticulous attention to detail - Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth policy issuance and timely service provision - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory modifications to deliver informed advice and uphold a competitive advantage in the insurance sector Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated proficiency in Life and Non-Life insurance products - Strong capabilities in client relationship management - Proven track record in sales and business development - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and certification prerequisites - Ability to offer accurate and personalized insurance advice - Competence in documentation and process management - Experience in coordinating across functions with underwriters, insurers, and internal teams - Awareness of market dynamics and competitor analysis skills,
