Relationship Manager - Insurance

You will be responsible for exceeding branch level targets including new business, renewals, straight through processing (STP), digitization, and product mix. Your role will involve interacting with branch teams and customers to explain products and promote the brand. You will provide sales and support to all assigned branches, ensuring complete documentation. Additionally, you will drive local contests and engagements to boost team motivation and engagement. It will be your responsibility to keep track of all contests and initiatives launched, maintaining a good relationship with the Branch Manager. Regular interactions with the Branch Manager will help assess business status and seek assistance in maintaining productivity. You will manage the relationship between the internal team and channel partner to drive sales and ensure utmost responsiveness to partner requirements. Your role will also involve aiding branches in adopting new processes and technology, ensuring that sales targets are met on every parameter. You will assist branch teams in achieving insurance targets by providing sales support, appropriate training, product updates, and sales information.
