Relationship Manager - Insurance

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate sales through the bank branches assigned to you. You will be required to coordinate between the bank and our company, starting from lead generation all the way to policy conversion. Additionally, you will need to follow up with the operations of the banks, ensuring smooth processes and transactions. Building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the banks is crucial for this role, as it will help in the acquisition of new clients. You will also be expected to gather and analyze customer requirements effectively to pitch the most suitable products to them. Handling objections and grievances from customers and providing timely solutions will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring new team members, helping them understand the required deliverables and company values.
