Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for our Insurance division within the Banca channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with bank partners and clients, promoting our insurance products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to promote insurance products.
• Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by executing sales strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their insurance portfolio and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position insurance offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking and insurance sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Understanding of insurance products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
