Business Development Manager

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with potential clients through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

• Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and business presentations.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Negotiate and close business deals across products and services.

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing to develop campaigns, events, and lead generation strategies.

• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

• Prepare regular reports for management on pipeline progress and performance metrics.
