Role Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional support to clients. Responsibilities include facilitating effective client communication, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying client needs, and offering solutions aligned with our training programs. The role also involves understanding service offerings, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to revenue growth by acquiring and retaining clients.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the training and education sector is a plus.
