Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage key client relationships to drive revenue growth through subscription renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
Ensure timely escalations of critical issues to senior team members or stakeholders as needed.
Monitor client engagement levels and identify opportunities for improvement in retention rates.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on key account management or relationship management.
Strong understanding of client servicing, key account management, and revenue maximization principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
