Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager for Home Loan products, your role will involve generating business through DSAs, Builders, Channel Partners, and the Open Market. You will be responsible for handling a DSA to achieve the designated business targets. Your duties will include planning, organizing, and initiating the identification of new potential DSAs, CAs, Financial Consultants, Brokers, and Builders in your respective area. Training and development of DSAs will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Managing key accounts with a focused approach and nurturing relations for long-term business relationships - Interacting with builders and developers to promote the product through various projects - Managing prospective client data to drive business - Analyzing the financial eligibility of customers - Working closely with legal and technical departments for project approvals Qualifications Required: - Experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the financial sector - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze financial data and assess customer eligibility - Knowledge of home loan products and the real estate market - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets This company offers Provident Fund benefits for this full-time, permanent position located in person.
