Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in Direct Marketing at apna.co, your main role will involve identifying and conducting daily sales calls for financial planning sessions with clients. You will be responsible for acquiring customers and generating the targeted amount of premium. **Key Responsibilities:** - Delivering complete product information to customers - Monitoring and fulfilling prospect and customer leads provided by the company for new business or cross-sell opportunities - Cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers to build portfolios - Managing relationships with customers to ensure persistency and renewals - Ensuring adherence to all sales systems, operational, underwriting, and compliance guidelines, as well as accurate data capture - Meeting all sales and financial key performance indicators defined for the role - Adhering to the defined sales process, AML & KYC guidelines, code of conduct, and company rules **Qualifications Required:** - Age: Maximum 34 years - Experience: 1-2 years of experience, preferably from the Direct Vertical - Candidates with BFSI experience and LI knowledge are preferred - Should not be a frequent job changer - Must have a decent personality with good communication skills The company is offering a CTC of 2.5 L to 5 L for this position. The preferred education qualification is a graduate degree.
