Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Closures

  • Convert inbound and qualified leads into paid CollegePass programs
  • Close admissions consulting and tutoring packages
  • Drive revenue through structured follow-ups and consultative selling

Upselling & Account Expansion

  • Sell add-on services including:
  • Extended admissions packages
  • SAT and academic tutoring
  • Research programs, competitions, and premium offerings
  • Increase average revenue per family

Parent-Facing Sales Conversations

  • Conduct sales calls with parents and students
  • Handle pricing, timeline, and outcome-related objections
  • Position CollegePass as a long-term admissions partner

Pipeline & Target Ownership

  • Own monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and active pipeline
  • Track conversions, closures, and follow-ups rigorously

Post-Sale Coordination

  • Ensure accurate handover to advising and operations teams
  • Maintain accountability for commitments made during sales


Who We’re Looking For
  • 1–5 years of experience in

    inside sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket sales

  • Comfortable selling services in the

    ₹3–10L+ range

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and resilient
  • Education, edtech, consulting, or premium services experience preferred
