Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Ahmadnagar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client queries, and providing tailored financial solutions. The role includes cross-selling financial products, assisting clients in their investment decisions, and monitoring their portfolios. The individual will also work closely with various teams to ensure client satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and stay updated on the latest financial products and market trends.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to build and maintain client relationships
In-depth knowledge of financial products, including stock market, mutual funds, insurance, and loans
Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities for cross-selling
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable investment options
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in financial tools and technology, including trading platforms and portfolio management systems
Relevant work experience in financial services or a similar client-facing role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is desirable
