Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Contribute in Sourcing to loan disbursement of LAP Files.

2. Oversee the entire process from sourcing to loan disbursement of Loan Against Property (LAP) files sourced by RMs.

3. Should have market connect of 50+ DSA channels.

4. Good understanding of various programs like Vanila income, Low LTV, Banking Product, NIP/LIP etc.

5. Basic Understanding on Financials and managing P&L.

6. Schedule Daily Field visit with team to meet channel partners and build relationship

7. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Loan Against Property product, including eligibility criteria, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment.

8. Take ownership of monthly Login activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and adherence to internal process.

9. Meeting Self- Assigned disbursal targets as per credit policies.

10. Should have minimum 4 years of Team handling Exposure

11. Cultivate strong relationships with existing DSAs and develop new relationship.

12. Should have been recognized on performance in current/Previous assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

Specific experience in LAP, mortgage Loan, DSA, etc.
