Relationship Manager

As a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and fostering positive relationships. You will be responsible for actively establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, managing client accounts, and serving as the key point of contact from the company. Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and industry trends will be essential. Collaboration across departments such as sales, marketing, and product development is crucial to ensure client needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include identifying client demands, developing strategies to meet them, finding key personnel in client companies to establish profitable relationships, and approaching potential customers to cultivate fruitful relationships. Supporting high-quality sales, supply, and customer service operations will be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field. Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia languages, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships are essential. A customer service-oriented mindset, team-oriented approach, and effective conflict management skills are also crucial. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields, proven experience in customer-facing roles, familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning abilities, and willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences when necessary.
