Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Panchkula. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks will include cross-selling banking products, handling customer queries, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting sales initiatives, achieving targets, and building long-term relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
