Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager at Wealthy, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Partner recruitment & activation: - Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process. - Lead conversion & business development: - Convert quality leads. - Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities. - Maintain strong relationships with partners. - Product knowledge & training: - Stay updated on new product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes. - Sales process adherence: - Follow the defined sales process diligently from task allocation to execution and reporting. - Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM). - Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards. - Continuous learning & development: - Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management. - Strive for continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills.
