Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by onboarding new builders and strengthening relationships with existing developer partners. The role includes identifying potential real estate projects, negotiating tie-ups, managing coordination between builders and the internal sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new builders, developers, and channel partners.
  • Explore new real estate projects (residential & commercial) for partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct market research on upcoming projects and builder offerings.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential builder tie-ups.
  • Assist in negotiation of commission structures, partnership terms, and project onboarding.

2. Builder & Developer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing builder partners.
  • Act as the single point of contact between Wealth Clinic and developer teams.
  • Coordinate for allotments, pricing, inventory availability, and project updates.
  • Ensure timely flow of project communication, brochures, and price lists to the sales team.
  • Resolve any issues related to bookings, documentation, and payment confirmations.

3. Internal Coordination

  • Share updated project details with the sales team to support effective selling.
  • Conduct project training sessions for sales teams in coordination with builders.
  • Work closely with marketing teams for project promotions and events.
  • Follow up with internal teams on lead performance and conversion updates.

4. Revenue & Commission Management

  • Ensure clear understanding of commission slabs and payout timelines.
  • Follow up with builders for timely brokerage payments and documentation.
  • Maintain records of agreements, commission letters, and correspondence.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather insights on competing projects, pricing trends, and builder performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on new tie-up progress and builder interactions.
  • Stay updated on market launches and real estate developments in NCR.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar field.
  • 8+ years of experience in real estate business development or builder relations.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of the NCR real estate market and major developers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with a real estate channel partner, brokerage, or developer.
  • Prior relationships with leading builders (e.g., M3M, Godrej, Tata, ATS, etc.).
  • Understanding of builder tie-up process, commission structures, and project onboarding.
