Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional for the role of HB Acquisition to drive expansion of our HealthBuddy retail channel. The role focuses on acquiring and onboarding new dealers, distributors, and retailers across key districts in Odisha to build a robust regional network and enhance our market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealer/Distributor/Retailer Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and finalize potential partners including retailers for onboarding under the HealthBuddy channel.


• Retailer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of retail partners by guiding them through operational setup, compliance, and commercial alignment.


• Market Development: Execute location-specific strategies to explore untapped areas and expand partner network.


• End-to-End Conversion Management: Handle lead generation, cold calling, field visits, partner evaluation, negotiation, and agreement finalization.


• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to support post-onboarding activities, training, and early-stage handholding.


• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate data and reports on acquisitions, onboarding status, and market insights.

Desired Skills:

• Strong experience in dealer/distributor/retailer acquisition and onboarding


• Understanding of retail operations and channel business models


• Negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills


• Target-driven with ability to work independently in field roles

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Commerce)


• Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience in dealer/distributor/retail network development
