The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analysing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients. The sales executive’s role is to evaluate and authorise approval of loan applications for customers or for business. You will act as a liaison between customers and our financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. Responsibilities · Manage customers/partners to develop relationships and acquire business from partners on regular basis. · Follow up with warm leads and uncover new prospects to develop new customers/partners. · Use a varying sales approach to include some mix of telephone, email, in-person customer visits, creative marketing campaigns, conferences, user groups, and other networking events. · Respond to RFPs for new and existing customers. · Manage and ensure data integrity in our CRM tool and provide weekly reports to the managers. · Engaging with contractors connectors and DSAs to directly reach out to the customers.
