Relationship Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, English-proficient, and motivated Sales Relationship Manager to support our sales operations and manage communication with international clients (US & Canada). The role is office-based and does not involve field work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internally/externally for design creation and upload as per process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including design and quotation sharing.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling to generate new business.
• Support the business development team to meet sales targets.
• Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle order-related queries and support customers through the order cycle.
• Respond to customer inquiries, sharing product and delivery details.
• Create and maintain sales reports on customer interactions, orders, and activities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service and products.
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Ensure individual sales target achievement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Send design mock-ups, CAD files, progress reports, and updates.
• Understand client requirements and purchasing preferences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
