Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, English-proficient, and motivated Sales Relationship Manager to support our sales operations and manage communication with international clients (US & Canada) . The role is office-based and does not involve field work. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internally/externally for design creation and upload as per process. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers , including design and quotation sharing. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups. Engage in upselling and cross-selling to generate new business. Support the business development team to meet sales targets. Assist with order processing , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Handle order-related queries and support customers through the order cycle. Respond to customer inquiries , sharing product and delivery details. Create and maintain sales reports on customer interactions, orders, and activities. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service and products. Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and follow-ups. Ensure individual sales target achievement . Conduct market research and competitor analysis . Send design mock-ups, CAD files, progress reports , and updates. Understand client requirements and purchasing preferences . Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service. Skills: Excellent English communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
