Relationship manager-Night shift

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for coordinating both internally and externally for product design creation, ensuring designs are uploaded as per the process. Your role will also involve managing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing customers. Additionally, you will share design proposals and quotations with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and proactive communication. Engaging in upselling and cross-selling to generate new business from existing customers will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will also support the business development team in achieving sales targets and assist in processing customer orders with accuracy to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internally and externally for product design creation and upload designs as per process. - Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers. - Share design proposals and quotations with clients. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and proactive communication. - Engage in upselling and cross-selling to generate new business from existing customers. - Support the business development team in achieving sales targets. - Assist in processing customer orders with accuracy and ensure timely delivery. - Handle order-related queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the order cycle. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and delivery information. - Create and maintain regular sales reports covering customer interactions, orders, and related activities. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings. - Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Meet individual sales targets. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies. - Send design mock-ups, CAD files, progress reports, and regular updates to clients. - Understand client requirements and purchasing preferences to tailor offerings effectively. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools - Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis techniques Please note that this is a full-time position and requires work to be done in person.,
