Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct cold calls and presentations to promote banking products and services.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
