Job Description

Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Sales:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
by selling a range of banking products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and credit cards.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through
networking and market research
.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote banking products and services.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Experience & Knowledge:
Professional experience in the
BFSI industry
, preferably in sales or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of
banking products and services
, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Experience working in a small finance bank or similar institution is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
to identify new business opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
