Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, ensure their investment needs are understood, and provide tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include promoting mutual fund schemes, acquiring new clients, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and expand the company's reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of mutual funds, equity, debt, and hybrid investment products
• Ability to analyze investment portfolios and provide clear financial solutions
• Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, acquiring, and retaining clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with diverse clients
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
