Relationship Manager – BTL Agency

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of BTL campaigns, and driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement and business development.

You will work closely with internal teams including creative, operations, and production to translate client briefs into effective BTL deliverables. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, pitching services to prospects, and contributing to the agency’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client briefs thoroughly and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, etc.) to deliver impactful BTL campaigns and solutions.
  • Take complete ownership of project execution – from client brief to final delivery.
  • Work on client presentations, concept pitches, and proposal development.
  • Ensure timely approvals and feedback on creative and executional elements from clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow business from existing accounts.
  • Generate new leads and actively pitch to potential clients across industries for services such as BTL Activations, Events, Retail Branding, Kiosk Fabrication, and POSM.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables – ensuring optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain healthy cash flows.
  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation on client activity, campaign performance, and revenue tracking.
  • Maintain a pulse on market trends and provide strategic inputs to the client and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Relationship Management in a BTL / Marketing Services / Events Agency.
  • Strong understanding of BTL services such as activations, events, POSM, retail branding, kiosk fabrication, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for building client relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently pitch to clients.
  • Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, client servicing, and on-ground project management.
