Job Description

Develop and manage relationships with clients seeking loan against property (LAP) solutions. Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable LAP products. Achieve sales targets and business objectives for LAP portfolio. Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and approval. Generate periodic reports on client activities and sales performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or relationship management in the financial sector. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of loan against property products and financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial statements and creditworthiness. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
