Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Executive to join our team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving sales and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Roles and Responsibility
Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting correct expectations.
Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, from tapping prospects to analyzing their requirements and ensuring timely disbursement of loans.
Achieve monthly budgeted sales targets from designated regions.
Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business.
Ensure digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement.
Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS.
Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business.
Provide feedback on markets, competition, processes, and products to the central product and policy team.
Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and compliance with all audit/NHB regulations.

Job
Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Strong understanding of housing loan processes and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing relationships with builders and channel partners is an added advantage.
