Job Purpose

To ensure efficient operations, high-quality rehabilitation care, and superior patient experience through effective leadership, empathetic engagement, and optimal utilization of resources in a specialized rehabilitation center.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

KRA 1: Rehab Center Operations & Efficiency

• Ensure smooth end-to-end operations of OP and IP rehabilitation services.
• Maintain optimal patient flow, scheduling, and therapy utilization.
• Achieve defined operational KPIs related to TAT, productivity, and service delivery.

KRA 2: Patient Experience & Satisfaction

• Deliver high levels of patient engagement through empathetic communication and counseling.
• Address patient grievances promptly and effectively.
• Achieve and sustain high patient satisfaction scores and repeat engagement.

KRA 3: Clinical & Therapy Coordination

• Ensure effective coordination with rehab physicians, therapists, and nursing teams.
• Monitor adherence to rehabilitation protocols and care plans.
• Support implementation and optimal use of advanced rehabilitation equipment and programs.

KRA 4: Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary rehab teams with clear roles, accountability, and performance goals.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill development.
• Drive team engagement, productivity, and retention.

KRA 5: Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and rehabilitation best practices.
• Support NABH / quality audits and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

KRA 6: Revenue, Utilization & MIS Reporting

• Monitor revenue, package utilization, and therapy productivity.
• Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with billing teams.
• Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to management.

KRA 7: Infrastructure & Equipment Management

• Ensure effective utilization and upkeep of state-of-the-art rehabilitation infrastructure and equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and safety checks with biomedical and facilities teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience

  in a

  dedicated rehabilitation center / similar setup

• Exclusive background in the

  Rehabilitation industry

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end rehab center operations
