🚀 Hiring: Vice President – Capital Reporting

Location:

dynamic VP

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of 10–15 professionals, overseeing end-to-end RWA and capital reporting.
Ensure accurate calculations, insightful analysis, and timely regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and regulators, providing actionable insights.
Drive initiatives to improve data quality, efficiency, and process effectiveness.

Who You Are:

Experienced leader with 8+ professionals reporting to you.
Strong expertise in RWA calculations; knowledge of capital supply or leverage ratio is a plus.
Hands-on, analytical, and excellent in stakeholder management.
Background in finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, or engineering; CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
