Regulatory Specialist

Role Overview: As a Vice President of Capital Reporting at our company, you will be responsible for leading the Capital Reporting team to ensure excellence in regulatory reporting and Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) management. You will have the opportunity to drive initiatives to improve data quality, efficiency, and process effectiveness while collaborating with stakeholders and regulators to provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 10-15 professionals, overseeing end-to-end RWA and capital reporting. - Ensure accurate calculations, insightful analysis, and timely regulatory submissions. - Collaborate with stakeholders and regulators, providing actionable insights. - Drive initiatives to improve data quality, efficiency, and process effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Experienced leader with 8+ professionals reporting to you. - Strong expertise in RWA calculations; knowledge of capital supply or leverage ratio is a plus. - Hands-on, analytical, and excellent in stakeholder management. - Background in finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, or engineering; CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred.,
