Who are we looking for?

The Regulatory Specialist supports the Product Regulatory department with customer surveys regarding regulations, internal queries regarding regulations, and supportive measures to put new products on the market.

What will you be doing?

• Manage all internal and external customer inquiries related to global chemical regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other regions on regional product regulatory issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Product Managers and the Commercial Team, regarding Customer Survey and other requests.
• Ensure accurate review and timely completion of customer survey forms.
• Support the Asia Regulatory Team with other global chemical inquiries and integration projects.
• Stay up to date with important regulatory requirements, standards, and guidelines related to chemicals, materials, and related industries of ESI business.
• Support other Regulatory related projects.

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline, such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong understanding of global chemical inventories and chemical industry regulations.
• Good knowledge of GHS regulations in Asia, Europe, and the US.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
