Regional Training Specialist

As a Regional Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the training needs of the organization, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the desired module. Key Responsibilities: - Program Design: Develop and design engaging training programs and materials covering various aspects of the real estate industry, real estate projects, sales techniques (on call & f2f meetings), soft skills, professional grooming, etc. - Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques. - Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics & continuous monitoring of the trained agents. - Collaboration: Partner with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals and employee development needs. - Resource Management: Maintain training records, manage training budgets, and coordinate logistics for training events. - Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance the organization's training offerings. - Mentorship: Support employees in their career development within the organization by constant guidance on the parameters to be achieved. Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelors Degree - Overall professional experience of 10+ years - Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development or a related area. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Knowledge on various aspects of sales training - cold-calling, sales closures, communication, grooming, market knowledge, data harvesting, etc. - Ability to work collaboratively with intra-departments.
