Regional Training Specialist

As a Regional Training and Development Specialist, your role involves assessing the training needs of the organization and designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the desired module. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design engaging training programs and materials covering various aspects of the real estate industry, real estate projects, sales techniques (on call & f2f meetings), soft skills, professional grooming, etc. - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques. - Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and continuous monitoring of trained agents. - Partner with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals and employee development needs. - Maintain training records, manage training budgets, and coordinate logistics for training events. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance the organization's training offerings. - Support employees in their career development within the organization by providing constant guidance on the parameters to be achieved. Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelors Degree - Overall professional experience of 10+ years - Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development or a related area. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Knowledge of various aspects of sales training such as cold-calling, sales closures, communication, grooming, market knowledge, data harvesting, etc. - Ability to work collaboratively with intra-departments. In this role, you will be required to have a Certification in Training & Development and professional experience in Real Estate sales or the Real Estate industry would be preferred.,
