Job Description

Role- Regional Trainer

Area - Trivandrum & Kollam


Involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for sales teams to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance, with responsibilities including needs analysis, material creation, and hands-on market support and field visits to nurture Oppo Experience Consultants staff and control attrition. The role requires travel within the region and a strong ability to collaborate with Sales and department heads to align training with company goals. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development:

     Create and tailor comprehensive training programs based on the specific needs of employees within a region. 
  • Training Delivery:

     Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually. 
  • Needs Assessment & Evaluation:

     Identify training needs through market visits, performance reviews, and sales reports, and assess the effectiveness of programs through feedback and assessments. 
  • Material Creation:

     Develop training materials, manuals, and resources. 
  • On-the-Job Support (OJT):

    handholding and on-the-job training for OEC - Promoters
  • Sales Team Support:

     Coordinate with the sales team and conduct market visits to nurture OECs and control attrition. 
  • Product & Skills Training:

     Train on OPPO products, selling skills, and soft skills. 
  • Reporting:

     Monitor and report on training program outcomes and effectiveness. 
  • Industry Awareness:

     Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. 


Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Curriculum development skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Project management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for working with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge and learning technologies (e.g., e-learning platforms) is valuable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, or a related field is often preferred.
