Regional Trainer

As a Regional Trainer in Trivandrum & Kollam, your role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance. Your responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, creating training materials, providing on-the-job support, and collaborating with Sales and department heads to align training with company goals. Travel within the region is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop customized training programs according to the specific needs of employees in the region. - Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually. - Identify training needs through market visits, performance reviews, and sales reports, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessments. - Create training materials, manuals, and resources. - Provide on-the-job support and training for Oppo Experience Consultants (OEC) - Promoters. - Coordinate with the sales team, conduct market visits to support OECs, and manage attrition. - Conduct training on OPPO products, selling techniques, and soft skills. - Monitor and report on training program outcomes and effectiveness. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in curriculum development. - Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. - Strong project management skills. - Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences. - Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge and learning technologies like e-learning platforms is advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, or a related field is typically preferred. - MBA Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
