Job Responsibilities

1. 内部协调沟通：和总部沟通技术细节；Internal coordination and communication： communicate technical details with headquarters；

2. 技术支持：通过不同的渠道为代理商提供技术支持，包括电话，电子邮件，客户管理系统，或者在线为终端用户提供维修服务；Technical support：provide technical support to agents through different channels, including telephone, E-mail, customer management system, or online maintenance services for end users；

3. 零件管理：更新和维修技术文件包括服务指南，零部件编码和质量提升文件；Spare parts management：update and repair technical documents including service report, parts code and quality improvement technical documents；

4. 与其他相关部门协调，提供解决方案和积极主动的行动；Coordinate with other related departments to provide solutions and proactive actions；

5. 软件及系统：在客户管理信息系统中管理分享维修经验；Software and systems： manage and share maintenance experience in customer management information system; Support partners to provide services to end users；

6. 信息收集整理：收集、分析和报告质量信息； Information collection ：collect、analyze； and report quality information；

Qualifications & Experience

· Education:

· Experience:

• 10+ years focused on textile machinery (e.g., weaving, spinning, knitting, or finishing equipment).

· Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery.
