Job Description

As a Front-Line Sales Professional focusing on selling engineering services to international clients, your role will involve driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and acquiring new business within GCC countries, particularly the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will need to identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals across various engineering solutions. This position is open for candidates looking to be based in either the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or India. We are particularly interested in individuals with a solid background in Engineering services sales related to Hydrocarbon, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power, or Infrastructure sectors, with an experience range of 18 to 21 years. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Drive international sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and engaging new clients in the region. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to client needs, market conditions, and company goals. - Understand client business requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable engineering solutions. - Key Account Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and influencers within target client organizations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels, repeat business, and long-term partnerships. - Regularly update clients on project progress and technical updates to meet all expectations. - Lead Generation & Opportunity Management: - Identify new leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, trade shows, and industry events. - Maintain accurate and timely sales data in systems for proper tracking of opportunities and pipeline management. - Proposal Development & Negotiations: - Collaborate with engineering teams to create customized proposals, technical presentations, and cost estimates. - Lead deal closures through effective negotiation processes, covering contract terms, pricing, and project timelines to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals. - Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities. - Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies. - Sales Reporting & Performance Metrics: - Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by participating in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,
