About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Regional Sales Office in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hotels located in Udaipur, Pushkar, and Bikaner to the Jaipur market. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of local market dynamics, strong industry connections, and a track record in selling 3 to 4-star category hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and drive business for hotels in Udaipur, Pushkar, and Bikaner from Jaipur market.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, MICE, weddings, and leisure segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local travel agents, event planners, corporate clients, and key accounts.

Conduct sales visits, hotel presentations, roadshows, and regular follow-ups.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Work closely with the hotel sales and operations team to ensure seamless client service.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies accordingly.

Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.

Candidate Requirements:

7 to 10 years of relevant sales experience in the Jaipur hospitality market.

Proven experience in selling 3 to 4-star hotel properties.

Strong networking and relationship management skills within Jaipur’s corporate and travel segments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Minimum qualification: Graduate.
