We are expanding our footprint across India and are looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to lead and drive sales growth in the assigned regions.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business Plan.• Handle distributor (DB), super stockist (SS), and CFA network expansion and management.• Monitor and drive sales performance through effective team leadership.• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and trade schemes.• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and clients.• Prepare monthly business plans and ensure achievement of regional KPIs.• Ensure team productivity, training, and performance reviews for ASMs and TSIs.• Manage collections, credit control, and ensure adherence to company policies.Requirements• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum 10–15 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably in the food or beverage category).• Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving business Plan.• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.CompensationCompetitive salary as per industry standards, along with performance-based incentives.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resumes at 📩 hr.manager.north@ccfbpt.comPlease mention the region you are applying for in the subject line.Example: Application for Regional Sales Manager – Odisha & Assam
