Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets for tractor loans, farm equipment loans, commercial vehicle loans, and rural finance products.
Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized financing solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the region through effective relationship management with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

11-18 years of experience in Vehicle finance
Strong knowledge of tractor loan, farm equipment loan, commercial vehicle loan, rural finance products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
