Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Trivandrum, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta.
• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management team.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for the smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales/field sales (preferably in the industrial or automation sector).
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Trivandrum, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta.
• Graduate degree (preferred in Business/Engineering or related field).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
