Regional Sales Manager - South

You have a great opportunity to join Vikram Tea as a Regional Sales Manager for Southern India. With 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the Tea or Food Industry, you will be responsible for leading sales activities in Karnataka, AP, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu. As the Regional Sales Manager, your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. You will need to have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market in southern India. Your responsibilities will involve strategic planning to expand market presence, customer relationship management to enhance the company's reputation, market mix optimization, product launch leadership, and sales strategy implementation. You will also analyze team performance, manage budgets, and provide team management and motivation. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Regional Sales Head in the FMCG industry, excellent knowledge of the southern India market, demonstrated ability to develop effective sales strategies, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Willingness to travel within the southern region is also required.
