Relevant Industry:

Lab Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction, Pharma, Turnkey Laboratory Infrastructure / Cleanroom Solutions / Technical Project Sales

  • Lead

    regional sales efforts

    for turnkey laboratory infrastructure solutions, driving both revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Identify, evaluate, and convert

    high-potential prospects

    including pharma companies, research institutions, consultants, and architects.
  • Understand client requirements and propose

    customized technical solutions

    highlighting the companys engineering expertise.
  • Pitch complete turnkey offerings including

    design, lab furniture, HVAC, MEP utilities, and project execution

    capabilities.
  • Prepare and present

    detailed commercial proposals

    and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Meet and exceed assigned

    sales targets

    for the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams —

    design, estimation, and execution

    — to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.
  • Provide timely

    reports, sales forecasts, and market insights

    to senior management.
  • Build

    long-term client relationships

    , ensuring recurring business and referrals.
  • Represent the company at

    exhibitions, seminars, and industry events

    to enhance market visibility.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

  • 8 - 15 years of experience in

    B2B / Project Sales

    , with at least 5 years in

    turnkey project or lab infrastructure sales

  • Strong understanding of

    project-based sales cycles, tendering, and institutional sales processes

  • Prior experience in working with

    architects or consultants

  • Proven track record of

    achieving and exceeding sales targets
