Job Description Name of Position: Regional Sales Manager No. of Positions Vacant: 1 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background Relevant Industry: Lab Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction, Pharma, Turnkey Laboratory Infrastructure / Cleanroom Solutions / Technical Project Sales Job Description / Responsibilities: Lead regional sales efforts for turnkey laboratory infrastructure solutions, driving both revenue and client satisfaction. Identify, evaluate, and convert high-potential prospects including pharma companies, research institutions, consultants, and architects. Understand client requirements and propose customized technical solutions highlighting the companys engineering expertise. Pitch complete turnkey offerings including design, lab furniture, HVAC, MEP utilities, and project execution capabilities. Prepare and present detailed commercial proposals and negotiate high-value contracts. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the region. Collaborate with internal teams — design, estimation, and execution — to ensure seamless project handover and delivery. Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Build long-term client relationships , ensuring recurring business and referrals. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to enhance market visibility. Desired Profile of the Candidate: 8 - 15 years of experience in B2B / Project Sales , with at least 5 years in turnkey project or lab infrastructure sales . Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles, tendering, and institutional sales processes . Prior experience in working with architects or consultants is essential. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technical domain. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently , conduct client meetings, and lead negotiations. Willingness to travel within the region as per project and client needs. Strategic thinking and a customer-centric approach to selling.
