Job Description

Position : Regional Sales Manager (Corporate / SaaS / Enterprise Sales)

Experience : 3 to 8 years relevant experience

Location : Bangalore

Working Days : 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Work from Office)

Education : Any Degree

Salary : Negotiable (uncapped incentive)

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the B2B market.
  • Lead Generation
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to provide insights and make informed business decisions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, close high-value deals, and ensure contract terms align with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Skills:

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
