Position: Regional Sales Manager Industry: FMCG (Cosmetics Preferred) Location: South India Experience: 8–12 years (Minimum 3–5 years in cosmetic or personal care sales preferred) CTC: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers Monitor market trends and competitor activity Drive secondary and tertiary sales through channel partners, distributors, and modern trade Ensure consistent growth in market share and retail visibility Collaborate with marketing teams for region-specific promotional plans Weekly and monthly sales reporting to leadership Key Skills & Requirements: Proven track record in FMCG sales; cosmetics/personal care experience preferred Strong network of distributors and retail partners Leadership experience with multi-location team handling Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Excel and reporting dashboards Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / related field (MBA preferred) Show more Show less
