About the Role

Telesales Executives

1. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, conversions, and KPIs.
Accurately update and manage customer records in the MS Office.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

2.Skills & Qualifications

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of product sales is an advantage.
Fluency in
Hindi & English
(additional languages will be a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge.
