Working Days:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through effective channel management (dealers, distributors, project sales, retail).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and project consultants.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the regional sales team to deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships and ensure strong product visibility.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to drive brand awareness and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.

What you have to offer

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with specialization in Sales/Marketing.
  • 8- 12 years of proven sales experience in the building materials/construction products industry (cement, steel, paints, tiles, plywood, adhesives, or related).
  • Strong dealer/distributor management and project sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of handling a team.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
