Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Maintaining records: Keep updated records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices, and supplier details. Negotiating contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment conditions with suppliers. Placing orders: Process purchase orders based on requisitions and ensure accurate information. Tracking orders: Monitor the status of orders and ensure timely delivery. Managing inventory: Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and coordinate with warehouse staff. Identifying reliable suppliers: Research and identify potential vendors who can meet the organization's needs. Evaluating supplier offers: Compare and evaluate bids, proposals, and pricing from different suppliers. Building relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and address issues. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
